Since opening the doors to City Cycle in 2016, Lauren has learned a thing or two about indoor cycling and has taught hundreds of students and instructors all across the globe. She compiled all her knowledge into e-books for both novice and seasoned instructors to learn how to create community and connection through movement.

Through Shopify, we were able to launch a website that allowed for her to sell and share her digital products for customers near and far.
